Our restaurant, cafe, bar and brasserie are managed by Lisl (Head Chef) and Shanda (Assistant Chef), both trained in South Africa with Irish, Goan and Portuguese origins!
We are open from Easter until the end of October each year. Our opening hours differ between Spring, Summer and Autumn and reservations are recommended! Our passion is to please our clients by serving a variety of delightful and delicious dishes to our regional and international visitors from the rich selection of local Aveyron and Tarn produce. Our brasserie and bar are typically open from Monday to Friday over lunch and dinner whilst our restaurant serves semi-gastronomic dishes on Saturday evenings and on Sundays for lunch. All meals are served on our charming outdoor terraces, brasserie or beautiful medieval dining rooms.
